San Francisco Real Estate Market Update – Oct 2021
Broad Trends We’re Seeing
We have seen a meteoric rise in single family home values in 2021 in San Francisco, with average sales prices rising 13.5% since the start of the year. The market continues to remain strong this Fall, albeit some buyers are experiencing fatigue as more inventory is hitting the market, particularly in the condo market which has become saturated with inventory. Even at that, property values remain fairly strong and we expect this trend to remain consistent until the end of the year at least.

Golden State Warriors
Our favorite basketball team is here for the Preseason games, you can watch them play the LA Lakers tonight 10/8 and next Tuesday 10/12. For the rest of the schedule click here to get a printable version for your home office and fridge!
If you’re looking for a fun weekend activity for the whole family, head over to the Potrero Hill Festival on 20th Street between Missouri and Wisconsin. Enjoy two stages of live entertainment, food stalls, bouncy houses, a petting zoo, and more. This event is in its 29th year and typically attracts more than 6,000 visitors.
Admittedly these are strange and historic times, with no Halloween-y thing scarier than Covid. But we’re vaxed, masked, and putting all that behind us…and we’re ready for a good autumnal corn maze, hayride, and some pumpkin tossing. Click Here to see a list of the pumpkin patches around the Bay!
As always, I hope you’re doing well and staying safe. If you need any help or information about the market or just want to say hello, please feel free to contact us anytime!
